Someone not named in any of the Special Counsel's indictments against Manafort.
But he is someone named in several different recent court filings, including the one explaining why this is relevant. Want to go back and claim this Russian is not Russian now?

I need to reduce my statement to saying that the Special Counsel's indictments against Manafort do not mention Russians (oligarchs or otherwise), or Russian money (from oligarchs or otherwise). The Podestas were doing business alongside Manafort in the same places and times.

One Podesta (Tony, not John) was doing business FOR Manafort, who was lying about certain aspects of it to Tony, which is one of his charged crimes. And actually indictment does reflect RU oligarch money. But it's a follow the money case, not a follow the RU oligarch comm case.
