Wait. Before we go there, do you admit that 1) one plea is about the offer 2) there's a public meeting where even Don Jr says dirt was offered in meeting where sanctions discussed 3) other plea is about sanctions?

You're connecting dots with speculation, and that's fine, but my original point still stands: there have been no indictments or pleas regarding a conspiracy between the Trump camp & Russian gov.
-
Well, you're misstating what the record on Flynn says. The only difference of opinion is whether Don Jr believed the dirt he was getting was the emails already offered (which came a week later) or something else. You think Don Jr jumped for something else, I get that.
-
I think Jr jumped at the chance to get dirt on his opponent, which is perfectly legal. But it doesn't matter what I think, what matters is that what you suspect has not been alleged by Mueller in an indictment or pled guilty to by anyone.
-
No you're right. There are just multiple public documents that support that.
-
Depends on what you mean by the word "support," I guess.

1. Not an offer to conspire. 2. Meeting was about sanctions, dirt was mentioned, but dirt was about Clinton's dealings in Russia, not hacked emails or troll farms. 3. Plea was about lying to FBI about discussing sanctions after the election.
-
1. It was RU offering to help by releasing emails. 2. How do you know dirt was abt Clinton's dealings in RU? You heard the convos bt Don Jr and Emin? You know what Don Jr referred to w/"if it's what I think"? 3. It was abt lying abt saying hold off on retaliating we'll deal.
-
1. Getting political oppo is not a crime. That meeting had nothing to do with DNC/Podesta emails anyway, as far as we know. 2. Is there any indictment that the meeting was about a conspiracy? There were lots of people there. 3. What's your evidence of this?
-
Ah, I see how you're splitting these things up to avoid the obvious. You're working awfully hard there! Three different compartmented brains to maintain your beliefs.
-
I really don't care either way. I doubt the campaign conspired with Russia to do anything illegal because it just doesn't make sense. Russia wanted to hurt Clinton, they didn't need a promise from Trump in order to hack her, and they certainly didn't need technical assistance.

Did he act as an agent of a foreign power in any way that involved a conspiracy to commit wrongdoing between that foreign power and the Trump campaign?

This is honest question. I thought Don Jr. went to the meeting with the hope expectation dirt would be offered based on emails. But has he actually ever said dirt was offered to him in that meeting?
-
I've seen no evidence that he got any dirt at that meeting. The lawyer wanted to talk about sanctions, which they did. Before and after that meeting she met with Fusion GPS, also about sanctions.
