Can you point me to where he was the FISC judge? Was this for a 5th approval, aside from the earlier 4 known to be approved by other judges?

Saying Flynn flipped is a crazy theory.

It is a theory. No proof that Flynn flipped. Nothing implicating Trump. No claims of such either.

1. If he hadn’t flipped, he would only be charged with lying. They had him dead to rights on numerous other charges 2. Mueller is running this case as a RICO process. Charge the peripheral members first, & use crimes unrelated to investigation. This keeps info secret /1

I agree with #2. 1 is speculation.
