Took some hutzpah or whatever to ask for weeks of continuance of a freaking arraignment though. Govt not wrong that Concord is fishing, especially with pre-arraignment disclosure demands, but still.

Yep. Concord is in the right legally here. Which I guess says they're scrambling to figure out how to respond -- how long to play this game (of their own making).
