He gave Mueller 2 weeks to submit the document, did not say when he was going to rule. But the trial is supposed to start July 10, so filings and hearings will accelerate in the interim. Manafort has asked for hearing on leaks on May 25.

Yeah, sure, legal mumbo-jumbo, whatevs. One thing I was able to take away from that transcript was that judge Ellis sounds like a cranky old dude. Which IMB makes it 99% likely he'll side with Trump, even if it means abandoning a lifetime of interpreting the law impartially.
