Corker, in some ways, reminds me of McCain: I get my hopes up, only to be disappointed at the end of the day. But that is more on me, than on them - if that makes sense.
Probably VERY unpopular opinion: McCain would have been more effective battling Trump with his living votes than with his dying breaths.

Well I’m not sure any republican can stop Trump! Trump has something big over the entire party and no one is talking. I think when it’s all said and done not even the democrats will stop him because Trump has information on everyone and he’s using it!

As someone who has spent far more time concerned w McCain's neocon foreign policy shenanigans,warmongering,cavorting w/ Jihadis, regime change disasters, and love for the surveillance state, I don't care about his "maverick" faux opposition to Trump. We're better off without him.
