So what are the chances that Team Mueller appeals this order? Judge gave them 2 weeks to deliver. Is that because he expects an appeal? Seems to me that the judge is sticking his nose into something outside of his brief.
I bet they don't. My guess is August 2 Rosenstein memo was submitted to cover the 2 searches but not to cover later scope expansions. August 2 should look like what we've seen in HPSCI report.

Well, at least the judge gave them 2 weeks to think about it. Still find his order inappropriate. Bowling outside of his lane. As trial judge for Manafort charges, other investigation aspects (including national security classified) of Rosenstein memo not relevant to his brief.

This is true, but his curiosity about the other redacted aspects of Team Mueller's investigative remit would be fine for you & I, but trial judge for Manafort case? I'd be sorely tempted to tell him (respectfully), mind your own business!
