How has no one gotten every GOPer on HPSCI on the record on whether they STILL want to overturn the Logan Act, like they said they wanted a mere weeks ago?

Good point, but it would be a gross double-standard if the DOJ doesn't open Logan Act investigation on John Kerry.
If DOJ's investigation into Flynn were primarily about the Logan Act you'd have a point. But per GOP HPSCI report it involved stuff that long predated the Kislyak convp.

I thought Sally Yates opened Logan Act investigation on Flynn after incidental collection. I haven't read entire report. What else were they investigating?

But you're citing it as evidence that Flynn investigation wasn't just based on Logan Act. Not doubting the claim, just would like to see the source and details.
