Also mighty nice of Bill Burck, who in the course of representing 3 key witnesses has sat through almost a week of Mueller questioning, to convince Emmet Flood to take the job. I wonder what he said that convinced Flood?

So in the last week, the President's personal lawyer has deemed Jared "expendable" (suggesting he has criminal exposure) and another lawyer close to the WH has deemed POTUS' defense a suicide mission. OK then.

For all the talk of "conflicts" about these investigations, the fact that Burck simultaneously represents McGahn, Bannon and Priebus is still rather stunning.

Not quite as stunning as Toensing (tho maybe potential for conflict will appear if Clovis quit USDA out of any reason but boredom). But ... yeah.
