Yup. But our settings at least USED to permit Tor.

It was a different page than I was used to - it was an actual 403. But I've just reloaded, and get the essay now, so possibly just bad timing? (Also, sorry for being snippy at the outset. It's my own choice to use Tor, and not your problem! I've just hit several today. >_< )
