To reiterate, RudyG said the Cohen payment to Stormy Daniels was reimbursed by Trump, through a bank, in installments. That is structuring. That is bank fraud. That is a felony. That is what put former Speaker Hastert in jail.

And the crazy thing is, it is wholly imaginable that Trump had $130k tucked into his sock drawer. He could have done this quietly in cash. But I bet DT wanted to use OPM for this, and so violated 2-3 new laws for being cheap while trying to hide his fuck habits.
