Folks, I know it sounds cool when you say Flood is Clinton's impeachment lawyer. But you'd be as well to think of him as Cheney's non-impeachment lawyer. That's what he was hired to do in this case, and he's a damn good lawyer.

You have to admire the practice niche he's carved out. That's not an easy thing to do. It's a small client pool.
Sure but who wouldn't hire him? He's batting 1000 with two really difficult (but far less difficult) clients behind him.
