Funny, I was thinking the same thing of you. But I guess since you said it first that you win. Congratulations on winning the game of juvenile banter. Just make pejorative declarations and get them in first.

people have explained to you -- over and over -- that NOTHING about the brady order in flynn's case is of any significance whatsoever. we have provided you with ample proof that it's a completely routine thing that sullivan does in all of his cases.

I said the Brady Order was routine. I also said this one was a bit different in that it came AFTER the plea. What part of that don't you understand? I've explained THAT over and over again, yet you keep coming back with the same "Sullivan does this in all his cases".

"First thing he did was to enter his standing Brady Order, as usual". Yeah, got it. That's another repeat of what's already been said. He's entering his Brady Order, as usual, but not necessarily "as usual" in that he doesn't typically enter it AFTER a plea.

sullivan only got the case AFTER flynn had already reached a plea. and because sullivan enters his brady order in EVERY case he gets, it's the 1st thing he did when he got THIS case. and the order covers plea cases as well. are we done here?

Exactly. It was an unusual move in that the judge was recused AFTER the plea. THAT is the big story. The Brady Order also being invoked after reassignment may be normal, but is still odd in that it was made when case was already over and deal had supposedly been made.

Hi. I notice you've ignored my comments abt Kelner and Flynn going along with what you seem to think is a charade. But are you REALLY also accusing Sullivan of sitting on this evidence for 4 months?

And if so do you know squatdaddle about the Stevens case and Sullivan's actions therein?
