No, that's what he actually did and he wouldn't have ordered that if there weren't some merit to the possibility that the plea was obtained under false pretenses.

Except this is different in that the order was given AFTER plea was made. That's the unusual part in this case. There's no reason to do that after a plea unless reason was discovered for believing plea was obtained under false pretenses.

Again, poor little chump, this has been explained in language even you can understand. But, again, had Sullivan seen something, you would have heard about it months ago.
