No, that's what he actually did and he wouldn't have ordered that if there weren't some merit to the possibility that the plea was obtained under false pretenses.

Except this is different in that the order was given AFTER plea was made. That's the unusual part in this case. There's no reason to do that after a plea unless reason was discovered for believing plea was obtained under false pretenses.

MYGOSH THIS CONSPIRACY GETS BIGGER!!! You're arguing 1) Flynn perjured himself in sworn statements before a court. 2) Someone kidnapped Emmett Sullivan (or something??) to prevent him from intervening in nefarious acts to prevent four months of harm.

1) Flynn plead, he did not make an admission. The only people who lied were the FBI, who said he did not lie but withheld that from Mueller. 2) Sullivan was only assigned this case after Contreras was removed. You are full of empty musings. "Conspiracy!"
