I'm saying it's not likely they would say "and btw, the issue is irrelevant b/c we're not going to use anything from the ipod in this case" if they might use it in a different case against Manafort where they'd face the same suppression argument.

Many people used iPods as portable storage before USB flash drives were cheap. I'd guess there are files on there, not just media.
