You prolly shouldn't say the Radiation Supervisor shouldn't talk re a federal case or "we're sunk" at a busy bar.

Is it clear that it is an individual malpractice case and not a case of larger corporate malfeasance? (I mean a hospital's established practice being in essence malpractice, for instance; or kickbacks to regulators?)
-
No. Could be the latter. But the Radiation Sup is the killer witness. That's all I know, aside from loud lady's flight plans tomorrow and, I guess, today.

I was joking, Marcy. I guess I should have made it more clear.

Cancer malpractice, as someone who has tried to sue for it, is one I'd be willing to be a real asshole on.

Malpractice lawsuits do suck. My mother was almost killed due to malpractice. The lawsuit was lengthy. The lawyers were the only people compensated well.
