Meh.. no one has been saying that FISA was got on Gen Flynn as prime suspect .. we have been saying that it it wasn't 702 in fact it was lower titles (I,II, IV etc of FISA) that allows the two hop retrospective surveillance+ of all Page's contacts..

Sorry.. I didn't refer to any notes.. and not doing now.. FISA section VII is the 702 stuff that got reauthorized in Feb.. Section I, II, III etc was what Nunes pointed to in first par of his memo by saying not Title VII.. still no notes..

Where?.. FISC had one application and 3 renewals for Page :: 1st: ~Oct17 2nd:~ Dec 17 3rd: ~ Feb 18 4th:~ May18 (still no notes) no one said anything about Flynn in FISCourt.. established by Nunes memo and not contradicted by Schiff that they were not title VII (702)..

Apols.. I thought we were putting to rest the erroneous thought that FISA app was targeted at Flynn.. it wasn't It was Page. tho not Title VII.. We can at least agree that the FISC wasn't approached to target Flynn directly..

So we have one FISA app (Page) not Title VII:: then we have to ask what level of penetration into associates the other Parts of FISA allows.. there is retroactive and widening of net process allowed there..
