Apols.. I thought we were putting to rest the erroneous thought that FISA app was targeted at Flynn.. it wasn't It was Page. tho not Title VII.. We can at least agree that the FISC wasn't approached to target Flynn directly..

So we have one FISA app (Page) not Title VII:: then we have to ask what level of penetration into associates the other Parts of FISA allows.. there is retroactive and widening of net process allowed there..
