Why isn't that a sufficient allegation? It expressly pleads (e)(2) ("protected computer"), and while it doesn't expressly plead that their computers are "computers" as defined by (e)(1), that's included in the (e)(2) statutory definition that was plead. /1

If I allege that "Defendant is a citizen of the United States by birth under Section 1 of the 14th Amendment," do I really also need to separately plead that "Defendant is a 'person' as used in Section 1 of the 14th Amendment"? /end
