This seems like a bad idea. It politicizes the investigation even more than it already is. Any R's on the fence might flip over to the "defend Trump from the Dems" side. Those supporting Mueller keep saying "let him do his job," but now DNC is rushing things. Seems risky.

Think of all of the GOP voters out there who are bucking their party's leaders and support Mueller. Now they see that the DNC is pushing this? Well that just screams "The Mueller investigation is the Dems!" It plays right into Trump's talking points.
