Is this the whole IG report on the fbi pre election shenanigans? Or just the part focusing on McCabe and Comey?

Right, is there going to be a report on the whole situation? Being so specific, This raised as many questions as it answered. The IG was mindful that McCabe's wrongdoing started in response to other leaks he wanted to get control of, we have ideas about those but It's speculation
