Do we know if Hannity *paid* Cohen, or if Trump's fixer did favors for Hannity in return for positive media coverage for Trump? Do we know *when* Hannity became a "client" of Cohen's?

Could be! Hannity may have had problems needing fixing for a while, though -- not inconceivable that Ailes' buddy Trump & his fixer was helping Hannity during primary or earlier.
