So you're saying Libby's own notes recording Cheney ordering him to leak stuff to Judy Miller, Miller's sworn testimony he IDed Plame, and Libby's grand jury confirming all that was all made up?
1) Richard Armitage public admitted he leaked it and told Fitzgerald. 2) Miller recanted. 3) this is the first time I've ever heard any mention of notes. 4) Libby was convicted on lying not for leaking. 5) Leaking an operatives name is a crime - why wasn’t Armitage indicted?

It's not pertinent to the fact that Libby obstructed an investigation into whether Cheney ordered him to leak Plame's ID, which the evidence introduced at trial overwhelmingly supported he did.
