3) One more bit: this story does't say WHEN Mueller received this information. Congress has denied it had corroborating evidence on the dossier reasonably recently and this rumor has been around for a very long time. If he received this last year, then he probably DIDN'T confirm.
Congress also seems to know much much less than Mueller does about quite a lot of things. I think its safe to be cautious (as with any reporting), but I'd also caution against making assumptions about what Mueller hasn't confirmed.
I'll repeat, again, that if Mueller received this information last year, then his subsequent known behavior is inconsistent with him having confirmed it.

Absolutely, and a lot of reason to imagine they might charge Cohen w/taxi fraud and the hush money stuff, and try to flip him with it.
So wouldn't Prague fall under Mueller, not be part of what was handed off? We have no idea what Mueller is doing with Cohen yet if anything. That story would be the 1st we've heard of Cohen+Mueller at all outside general dossier investigating.
