Correct that she did not yet issue TRO. My understanding is that government paused probe of materials voluntarily until this docket resolves, but I need to double-check that with the transcript.

Double-checked, and this is accurate. AUSA from the transcript: "After Mr. Cohen's counsel contacted us asking us to stop our review, and then after he filed the temporary restraining order, we ceased our review of this important evidence..." (cont'd)

"...first as a courtesy and then in light of the pending motion, but every day that goes by is a day that we are lawfully allowed to review this evidence and further our investigation, and we're not able to." So the government volunteered to pause probe pending motion.
