@KlasfeldReports Am I correct that Wood did not issue a TRO yet, deferring to Monday? Does that mean FBI started going thru files at noon yesterday?

Correct that she did not yet issue TRO. My understanding is that government paused probe of materials voluntarily until this docket resolves, but I need to double-check that with the transcript.
Ah, thanks. I assume all the leaks about what was seized come from Stormy's team (which I assume have unredacted copies of at least some of the filings). But otherwise wondering where those come from.

The general sense in the press room is that feds had gone through some of it between Monday seizure and Cohen’s filing of the federal case, when they paused the probe. It’s not really clear though so I want to check transcript. What’s clear though is no TRO yet.

But they told Cohen's team they would start at 12. Does that mean start turning over to the investigative team, from the clean team?

I’ll look that up. They’re good questions, and a lot of reporters been wondering about that. It’s just currently a bit unclear to me and folks I’ve spoken to.
