I think the only goal today was to delay. Delay as much as possible. Very little chance the judge accedes to the defense request, so every day the FBI isn’t sifting through evidence is another day breathing free.

Backfired. He might have offered up a couple of reasonable clients and there would have been evidence to support his claim. Now he has to produce the whole list publicly. Lots of bad lawyering.
