Let put my Q about Access Hollywood a different way, since few seem to understand it. If Mueller had reason to believe that the Access Hollywood evidence at Cohen's office will indicate coordination with the WikiLeaks release, do you think Rosenstein would have referred it?

People imagining that kind of logic are making the same [ahem] assumptions that @RonDeSantisFL is, asking what connection there is. If there was a known connection, Rosenstein wouldn't have referred it. It just so happens Cohen is crooked independent of being crooked wrt RU.

Yes, it's very exciting we have a sex scandal!!! But the nifty thing abt Trump is he offers scandals of many flavors: sex scandals, corruption scandals, international spy scandals.

For those suggesting that Rosenstein may have referred this to get a clean team--I think that's quite likely, but still speculative. That said, Rosenstein did NOT referMelissa Laurenza interview OR the Skadden Arps investigation, both of which also implicate attorney client.
