As a lawyer I would put it like this: Trump has no standing to assert a violation of someone else’s rights.

You’re welcome. And BTW, no decent, self-respecting lawyer would ever say what AD said. There is no evidence-none-that Cohen’s rights were violated. And to suggest they were, at the hands of the FBI, is disgraceful. And any competent litigator knows that no privilege is absolute.
