NCTC gets raw data under 702, so foreigners of interest. And they changed it recently so it didn't have to come thru FBI -- it'll be getting its own targets, not just a subset of FBI's.
I assume, from there, it gets shared to ICE. I bet ICE will ask soon, along w/its efforts to join the IC.

based on his testimony, it seems like this would be at least as upsetting to Zuck as Cambridge data sharing. Also, I didn’t hear any ?s on China...
