I agree with all that. But I also suspect Berman doesn't know how to stop this. Especially not if it's as inflammatory as several raids would suggest it is.

Oh for sure. Berman and Khuzami can't trust that many people, and SDNY and NY FBI types know how to get information to, say, local Senators/MOCs (Schumer, Gillibrand, Nadler, Crowley, to mention a few heavyweights) or press (e.g., NYT). Berman might well eventualy sellout Trump.
