Why is it that people who believe abortion is murder never advocate hanging men (like Trump, allegedly) who arrange abortions of the fetus they fathered?

They claim Williamson just thinks it's equivalent to murder. But they can't show any place where he's actually pressured lawmakers to make hanging a punishment for murdering children. Weird, right?

Or how controlling bodily autonomy squares with being a "conservative" pushing limited government. I just don't know how the most amazing writer of our time has failed to explain these problems adequately.
