I’d look at Blavatnik, too. I noticed his name on some docs Maddow put up last night pertaining Alex van der Zwaan’s relationship to German Kahn, the head of Alfa Group.

Alexander Mashkevitch's M-AAAL flew from St Lucia to D.C. and continued to Newark on 1/15/18. Even though M-AAAL's flight doesn't fit exactly in the "4-5 weeks" timeline I wouldn't be surprised if he was stopped by Mueller. Also Agalarov's VP-CRO flew to NY twice in early Jan.
