Fn 1 of Mueller's sentencing memo for VDZ explains "as referenced in the indictment," report/work was paid for by a third-party Ukrainian oligarch w/ money fueled thru Manafort/Gates. Which "indictment"? Don't see ref re: any third party in any indictments but maybe missing it?
That may be a reference to the Ukrainian draft indictment of Manafort and Skadden.
