And I repeat, again--impeaching Trump for obstruction will be a lot less damaging to the GOP than impeaching him for hard evidence he "colluded" with a foreign state.

This also explains why Mueller has ostentatiously conducted an obstruction investigation that they won't charge Trump on -- so they can deliver it to Congress to give them a least painful out on impeachment.
