I am actually curious: is there any literature about #unlawyerable clients? I imagine there may have been some defendants like this before, but I suspect many were indigent and/or mentally incompetent. (Trump definitely isn't the former, less sure about the latter...)

I, and my firm, turned down clients not because of what they are alleged to have done, but because they were just nuts and clearly wanting to drive the narrative instead of letting you create it. Can't do that.
