I am actually curious: is there any literature about
#unlawyerable clients? I imagine there may have been some defendants like this before, but I suspect many were indigent and/or mentally incompetent. (Trump definitely isn't the former, less sure about the latter...) -
Not that I know of. But anyway halfway decent lawyer never admits this, they just separate themselves. Or never sign on to start with.
