I still do not understand how Toensing could get past a conflict regarding Clovis. If he provided any damaging testimony regarding the Trump campaign, even if he is not cooperating, he would seem to have interests adverse to Trump that could not be overcome by waivers.

And Corallo even more so. He claimed he was going to testify that Hicks planned to make emails unavailable to Mueller.

The rationale may well be that Clovis only implicated other campaign staff (Sessions, Lewandowski, etc.) and Corallo only implicated Hicks. But I'm not sure I trust diGenova and Toensing to be making thoughtful conflicts decisions. They already seem to have 2 clients too many.
