Olson would also make it really hard to claim Mueller had a conflict. Remember who Jim Comey got to go to WH w/him after hospital scandal? Not Mueller, but Olson.
Mind you Olson might be the one person who could successfully argue Mueller has overstepped mandate wrt Manfort’s EDVA charges. But he wouldn’t be working for Manafort.
Let us not forget that Comey was fired for his handling of the Clinton email case.
