You might try LOOKING THEM UP. Try Google! There was a great deal of debate about the phone dragnet in the year it was ended. You might start by figuring out what year that was (or how long IG has been doing this study).

Even Congressional staffers consider me an expert on the phone dragnet, and first started writing about those IG investigations in April 2014 (when Mike Flynn was still at DIA). But sure, it's my reading comprehension.
