Mosaic, baby! The ability to keep the govt from drawing a mosaic at this point is overwhelming. Remember that FBI used Foursquare to mosaic Pyotr Levashov. I've blown several phones w/my Twitter addiction.

Which would you choose: 1) Gov't has access to all your data, but use is subject to existing rules (w/ its pitfalls), while Google/FB/etc have no access. 2) Google/FB/etc have access to all your data, while gov't has no access (direct or indirect).
