Let's not conflate beating up on a political flack like McCabe w beating up on law enforcement.

Does Mueller count as law enforcement?

Generally yes, I'd say. But his Russia collusion thingie is supposed to be a counter-terrorism investigation, no? In any case, saying that it needs to be wrapped up, or focus on Russia collusion, is not "beating up on law enforcement", IMHO.

The term "collusion" is one invented by propagandists on both sides to obscure that this investigation is about conspiracy.

1. If Mueller is conducting an investigation re whether there was a conspiracy between Trump campaign and Russia (I'd actually prefer either campaign and Russia, but whatever) I think there is a very broad support to let him conclude that. I certainly support it as a citizen.

2. But I don't think it's his job to investigate if Kushner or Manafort laundered dirty money. Not that I'm in favor of them laundering money, just think that's the job of NY AG, not Mueller.I think Mueller needs to be monitored that he sticks to investigating conspiracy w Russia

The accusation against Manafort is that he laundered money TO HIDE that he was pursuing the interests of RU backed UKR party. It's also that he laundered money to try to stay afloat during the period he worked for free for Trump. That's a key background step.
