Trump is the quintessential white supremacist in that he believes he can do as he pleases (as @chrislhayes argued well). If a white guy does it, it's not a crime. That's how he has always run his business, too.

But I think the other key issue is not him being framed, but him having his white due, the Presidency, be delegitimized.
But I don't know how that changes our understanding of what might happen wrt Mueller.
