Oops! Now I see the connection you're drawing. Fraudulent* is in Trump's vocab, with at least 33 instances back to 2005. His most frequent bigram is "fraudulent document." While he also speaks of fraudulent deeds, these tend to tie to communications (ads, emails, dossier,etc.)
