If Porton Down had established that the agent was produced in Russia, wouldn't May have said so? Corbyn asked good questions. Why doesn't Matt Tait want to wait for the answers?

Here is the stated basis for claiming Russia is behind this attack from Peter Wilson, UK's permanent rep to OPCW (excerpt from Washington Post article: Russia demands access to British probe of nerve agent attack, vows to retaliate for any sanctions)pic.twitter.com/slP3N3IJjw

However this is the same Peter Wilson in Nov. 2017 who praised the OPCW for confirming Russia's chemical weapons stockpiles had been 100% eradicated. See, https://www.opcw.org/fileadmin/OPCW/CSP/C-22/national_statements/UK_Statement.pdf …

You are aware I trust that the Chemical Weapons Convention of any alleged incident like this mandates an investigation by the by the OPCW pursuant to its since the UK and Russia are both signatories to the treaty. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/OPCW-UN_Joint_Investigative_Mechanism …

And Corbyn asked May if she was going to file an official complaint with the UN Chemical Weapons body (OPCW) which would of course require the UK to provide their evidence. Corbyn remembers the British role in the Iraq WMD con job.
