Reasonable req. by Lavrov this morn. BTW, US claimed in '99 Uzbekistan ws the FOREFRONT on Novichok. Then '07, a leaked Stratfor to wiki cable claimed Cuba alrdy had it. Now, POTUS/Britain says its RU? mmkay. Some may NOT like wikileaks. BUT they've NEVER BEEN WRONG
