"item" has the same problem as "document." look, i'm not disagreeing with you, counting documents, items and/or pages is a bit of a silly exercise, and ultimately doesn't tell us much about the investigation or the level of cooperation on the part of the white house or campaign.

A native spreadsheet looks like a page in Bates numbering, but the same spreadsheet if redacted has to be imaged, and especially when poorly formatted can run to hundreds, even thousands of pages.
