Not really. As @emptywheel notes, any trial involving classified information & CIPA isn't going to happen in that window. So, one could insist on a speedy trial but would be forgoing potentially significant evidence that would be readily available but for classification https://twitter.com/JoKEas2/status/973277490469851136 …
The guy who used to be in charge of the entire classification system disagrees with you. Are you saying you know better than he does?

Disagrees with What? Ask him if the release of classified material should be illegal and punished. I'm 100% certain he will say yes. Whether something should be classified or not is a totally different question and has no bearing on this case.
-
You can read his statement in the linked post if you'd like to know his views, thus far, in this case. Which also shows you don't know WTF you're talking about.
-
I could give a shit what he thinks. It was marked classified, she released it, she doesnt have authority to release classified docs. That is the only questions needed. Whether it should be classified or not is another debate entirely and has no bearing on this case.

Thanks for once again displaying that you know fuckall about leak investigations or even the law here. I like when idiots keep digging.
-
Lol. You call me an idiot. You are the dumbfuck that says she should make a determination whether it should be classified. SMDH
-
Where did I say that? I didn't. You invented that out of whole cloth!
-
"It does matter whether it should have been classified. " Your exact words.
-
OK. Thanks. Now point to me in that quote where the subject is "she," Reality Winner.
