i read the article as more ominous. collusion is serious enough that the investigation continues & mueller wants to use obstruction (which hits trump directly) as leverage. what i don’t get is why trump would want to dodge obstruction only to open himself up to collusion

Obstruction is not leverage against anyone but Hope Hick and Don McGahn, and maybe a few others in the WH.
